Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the websites, software products, apps and services of D&D Technology (Design & Development), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"), including our product sites such as Vega HQ, VegaDesk, vCom, Vega Circle, TohfaSetu, MilkDesk and others (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the Services you agree to them. Where a product has its own terms, those take priority for that product.

1. The Services

We build websites and apps for clients and provide software products by subscription. What each plan or project includes is described on the relevant product page or in your written quote. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of any plan until they launch.

2. Quotes, plans and payment

• Project work is priced in a written quote. The scope and delivery date in that quote apply.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance at the price shown when you sign up.
• Prices are shown before GST. GST is added to the invoice as applicable.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the account or the work until it is paid.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• You confirm you have the right to upload the content and customer details you add, and to message the people you contact through the Services.
• Do not use the Services to send spam, to break the rules of WhatsApp or any other platform, or for anything unlawful.

4. Your data and content

You own your business data and the content you provide. You can export your data while your account is active. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

5. Websites and apps we build for you

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website or app content made for you. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and app-store accounts stay under their own licences and fees.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Services available at all times but cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible. Refunds follow the policy stated on the product page or in your quote.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
