D&D Technology provides software development, design, marketing and related services as agreed in individual project contracts.

Payment terms are defined per project. Invoices are due as specified in your agreement.

Upon full payment, deliverables become your property, except for third-party and pre-existing components.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
